Company Introduction

The establishment of HQ Elektronika Ltd. was made in18th November 1991. by two private persons. The base capital of the company was 1 million HUF. Our main profile is selling telecommunication devices and primarily their components and spare parts, serving privates and companies too. We have become significant in Hungary in a short time and a Dutch international firm has caught sight of us. Since 1992 we had been working in 50-50 percent property ratio with Nedis Bv. for three years. In 1995 we have made ourselves independent and moved to our permanent address (Kerekes St. 15.). For one year we had been working as a service point and in 1996 we have started the trading activity. In the year 2000. the owners have risen the base capital to 5 million HUF.

The service activity is not very significant, it takes 1-2 percent of the income, we do it for technical support and as reference of selling. We are serving private persons, services, re-sellers and manufacturers. Our aim is to serve our clients quickly an efficiently. To hit this expectation we have qualified personnel and own-improved softwares. Our crossreference is regularly re-freshed that helps us give the right components to every device. Country-side located clients can make their orders by four telephone lines and it is usually done within 24 hours. It is also possible to contact us by fax or E-mail. Regular customers can have another supplies like weekly collected invoices, service informations and repairing advices. The marketing strategy that we use makes people buying larger quantities of the commonly used items. We give six month guarantee to all kind of remote controls, flyback transformers and CD leaser units. We keep on stock more than 40.000 different items, it means 1100 item groups like remote controls of TV and VCR sets, Power/Flyback /SMPS transformers, triplers, videoheads and mechanical parts, CD leaser units, motors, cables, connectors and all kind of semiconductors and passive elements. Components for household devices are also available, the type specifical parts only for Samsung, the others like magnetrons etc. for any brand. We take care to follow the appearance of new models and in case it is possible we get hold of their components.

We have made improvements that means our storage capacity has been tripled, and the selling area has been doubled. The works had been finished by September 2001 so we had the opportunity to lead in three new item groups:

• Office materials and supplements, it means toners, inkjet print cartridges and print ribbons.

• Cat. 5 quality cables and connectors for installing structural networks.
